Obituary for Alexander Peter Williams
Alexander Peter Williams, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on September 8, 2020. He was 67.
Mr. Williams was born in New Haven, CT, to Robert M. Williams and Jean Chaplick Williams. He was the devoted husband of 42 years to Susan Thomas Williams, loving father of Anita Marie Stone (Kevin) of Bel Air, MD, Erin Elizabeth Muller (Christopher)of Bel Air, MD, Bradley Robert Williams (Irene) of Richmond Hills, GA, and Stuart Christopher Williams (Sara) of Honolulu, HI, grandfather of Annabelle Williams, Ella Williams, Elizabeth Muller and Nicholas Muller. He was the brother of Robert Williams, Mary Strattis, and Ann Wiles.
Mr. Williams served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked on Aberdeen Proving Ground, for the US Army Test and Evaluation Command, as an Operations Research Analyst. He was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church in Havre de Grace, MD. Mr. Williams was active for many years with the Boy Scouts of America. His hobbies included motorcycles and cars, shooting, and learning about history.
A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Hopewell United Methodist Church, 3600 Level Village Road, Havre de Grace, MD. A Private memorial service will begin at 12:00 PM, at church.
