Obituary for Amy Lynn Quackenbush (Miller)
Amy Lynn Quackenbush, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on April 17, 2022. She was 51.
Mrs. Quackenbush was born in Wilmington, DE, the daughter of Charles and Mary Jo Miller. She was the devoted wife of Peter Quackenbush, loving mother of Melissa Welsh (Jon), Peter Quackenbush (Thais), and Ashley Ishak (The Late Eric), grandmother of Cassandra Welsh and Eric Ishak, and sister of Lisa Koeturius and Joan Peslak.
Mrs. Quackenbush was a former member of the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corps., and a proud Emergency Medical Technician. She was also a former member of the Susquehanna Hose Company Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Quackenbush was also a past Girl Scout Leader and was active in the PTA and PTSA and her children’s schools. She enjoyed cross-stitch, cross word puzzles, reading, coloring, and watching Lifetime Movies.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A, 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10 AM, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
