Carroll L. Paugh, Jr. of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on September 19, 2021. He was 50 years old.
Born in Oakland, Maryland to Carroll L. Paugh, Sr., and the late Patricia M. (Hare) Paugh.
Mr. Paugh worked for the City of Aberdeen Water Treatment Facility. He was the loving father of Taylor Paugh and his wife Nicole. his beloved Jack Russell “Allie”. He will be missed by his beloved Jack Russell “Allie” and his many friends. Carroll enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, golf and hunting whitetail deer. One of his most favorite places to go was the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge. He also enjoyed gambling at the Casinos. He enjoyed spending time with his son and daughter-in-law, on their many car rides, especially when it involved chocolate milkshakes. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
