Obituary for Corinne Ann Trancucci (Ernst)
Corinne Ann Trancucci, of Havre de Grace, MD, was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 77.
Corinne was born in Jersey City, NJ, to Howard Ernst and Frieda Cuccinelli Ernst. She was the devoted wife of John Trancucci for 51 years. She was the loving mother of Mary Makowski (Matthew), Christina Hamilton (Mark), John Trancucci (Cathy), Stephen Trancucci (Kelly), adored grandmother "Nonna" of Cooper, Leah and Anna Hamilton, Joel and Brody Makowski, Josie, Sophia, and John Trancucci, and Grace, Rocco, Scarlet, and Emma Trancucci. She was the loving sister of Howard Ernst and Ronald Ernst.
Corinne had a very successful career in the human resource field, rising to the position of Director in the home health industry. Corinne was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing cards and doing other social activities with her friends. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her 12 grandchildren. If you asked Corinne, her "biggest honor she ever received was being called Mom". She lived every day of her life letting faith and family lead the way.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, November 19, 2023, from 4-7PM, and on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 9-10 AM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 10:30 AM, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD.
