Obituary for Delmer Darrell Hamm
Delmer Darrell Hamm, of Rosedale, MD, passed away on January 19, 2024. He was 83 years old.
Mr. Hamm was born in Ashe County, North Carolina, to Alanzo Ham and Bertha Roten Ham. He was the father of Vickie Jackson (Jack), Jennifer Marsh (David) and the late Timothy Hamm, grandfather of Jack Jackson, III, Kristen Jackson, and David Marsh, Jr., and brother of Opal Strauss, Bernice Newby, Lois Isenock, Rodney Hamm, and the late Virginia Crothers and Zylphia Hughes.
Mr. Hamm graduated from Havre de Grace High School in 1958. He worked for several years at General Motors, then started his own Upholstery business which he ran for about 50 years.
