Dorothy E. Posluszny

Dorothy E. Posluszny (nee Malone) of Havre de Grace, MD passed away surround by the love of her family on April 13, 2012 at the Harford Memorial Hospital. She was 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Posluszny.

Mrs. Posluszny was born in Ft. Ashby, West Virginia to the late Henry W. & Sally E. (Haines) Malone.

She was the devoted mother to Kathy Jo Lawrence and her husband Gary, the late Amanda Lee Schultz. She is survived by her son-in-law George Schultz, Sr. She was the loving grandmother to Andrew M. Posluszny, Victoria J. Lawrence, Donna Visbal, Tina Bolyard, Joseph Schultz, Billy Schultz, George Schultz, Jr. and Gary Schultz. She is also survived by her loving Great Grandchildren & Great-Great Grandchildren. She is survived by her two sisters Edith I. Brown (nee Malone) & Norma Jean Shockie (nee Malone), she was predeceased by several of her brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Posluszny enjoyed life to its fullest. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She loved dancing and music. Mostly she loved and enjoyed being with her family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-9 at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 12:00 PM, at the The Church of St. Patrick, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD.

Officiating will be Father William O’Brien.

Interment will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, Middle River, MD.
