Obituary for Gaige Marshall "Bubba" Dehaven

Gaige “Bubba” Marshall Dehaven, of Perryville, MD, passed away on January 16, 2024. He was 10 years old.

Gaige was born in Bel Air, MD, to James Dehaven and Katherine “Kate” F. Jones. He was the loving brother of Allyson Jones, the late Skylar AliceMarie Jones, and Gabbryella Jones who was his cousin but was like a sister. He was the grandson of Katherine and Matthew Jones, Claude “Junior” Henderson and Betty Dehaven, nephew of Aunt Tara Kitner (Lacey), Tracy Leary (Shannon), Amanda Trubiano (Keera) and Uncle Matthew Jones Jr., (Allison), and was survived by many other Great grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Gaige was a student at Perryville Elementary School. He was all boy, loving his bikes, skateboards, his toolbox full of tools, Par-Cor, dinosaurs, turtles and his Kitten Spooky. He was an avid wrestling fan, especially Ray Mysterio. He loved his sisters, his family, and friends. He enjoyed target practice with Poppop Junior. He was a member of the Salvation Army Youth Group. Gaige was known for being very polite and well-mannered and for his ability to put things together with his tools. When he grew up, he wanted to be a roofer like his Dad, and Poppop Jones.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024, from 5-6 PM, at Salvation Army, 300 Seneca Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 6 PM.
