Helen Bernice Logan

Helen Bernice Logan, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. She was 70.
Ms. Logan was born in Quarryville, PA, to the late Clarence and Pearl Farmer Barker. She was the loving mother of Jim and Dawn Logan of Oxford, PA, Cynthia and Michael Boyd, of Perryville, MD, Brenda Heller and Terry Logan, Carl Logan, and Tony and Margaret Logan, of Havre de Grace, MD. She was the adored grandmother of Theresa Tatum, Ashley Angeloni, Heather Boyd, Zed Logan, Donald Wooten, Rachel Boyd, Jordan Logan, Levin Logan, and Liam Logan, great-grandmother of Dominic Angeloni, Laird Clark, and Logan Hurt. She was the sister of Harold Barker of Havre de Grace, MD, David Barker of Clearwater, FL, James Barker of Bel Air, MD, Virginia Stamper of Havre de Grace, MD, Naomi Douglas of Baltimore, MD, and the late Charlotte Dowden.

Ms. Logan was a member of The Carpenter’s House Church. Her hobbies included spending time with her family and friends, gardening, cooking and craft making.
A viewing will be held on Monday, October 25, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home. Pastor Alfred Reeves will officiate. Pallbearers will be Jim Logan, Carl Logan, Tony Logan, Donald Wooten, Zed Logan, and Harold “Butch” Barker. Interment will be at Angel Hill Cemetery.
