Obituary for Jeffrey Allen Zander
Jeffrey Allen Zander, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on January 13, 2021. He was 60.
Mr. Zander was born in Baltimore City, MD, to John William Zander and Dyan Sparks. He was the devoted companion of 15 years to Judi Smyth, father of Stephanie Zander-Sexton and the late Kristi Zander. Mr. Zander had one grandchild, Madison Mettee, and a brother John Christopher Zander. He was like a son to Don Osman. He is also survived by his former wife, Kathi Zander. Mr. Zander was predeceased by his father John William Zander.
Mr. Zander graduated from Kenwood High School, and then attended Essex Community College for a year He became a Master Plumber and worked construction on many buildings throughout Havre de Grace. He was an avid sports fan, especially rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Orioles.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021, at 2:00 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD.
