Leon Austin  Laughman
Leon Austin Laughman formerly of Havre de Grace, MD passed away peacefully surrounded by love from his family on June 20, 2017. He was 65 years old.

Leon was born on November 9, 1951 in York, PA to Leon Gordon and Loretta G. Laughman. He was the beloved brother of Janet Chavarria and her husband Julio and step brother - Rodney Laughman. He was the devoted uncle to Stephanie Hunt, Beth Stelzer, Ben Laughman, Rebekah Runkles and Jonathan Laughman.

Leon was a graduate of Hereford High School and was a United States Navy Seabee Veteran. After serving his country in the U.S. Navy he wernt to work at the Aberdeen Proving Ground where he retired after many years of service. Leon also had several other part time jobs along the years. He was an avid golfer. He loved watching the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, as well as NASCAR.

A viewing will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 4 to 6 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 6 P.M.

In Lieu of flowers friends and family may make donations to Kimmel Cancer Center, PO Box 17029, Baltimore, MD 21297-1029
