The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Lionel Viger can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Lionel and I shot pool and played Pinochle for a ton of years together at The Pascal Senior Center here in Glen Burnie. He was one of the best at 8-Ball, One Pocket and Scratch Pool. And he was a pretty good Pinochle player. I will never forget that laugh, and he had a voice you could hear in the next country. What a guy. Will never forget you. Norman L. Atkinson Glen Burnie, MD.
