Obituary for Michael Anthony "Mikey" Findeisen

Michael "Mikey" Anthony Findeisen, of Baltimore, Maryland, passed away on September 13, 2023. He was 22 years old.

Mikey was born in Havre de Grace, MD. He was the son of Paul Findeisen and Patti Findeisen, and the late Kelly Anderson (Mommy Kelly), brother of Sherrie Ciko Bachman, Paul Findeisen, Kassandra Witt, Melanie Findeisen, Jessica Pittman, and Cole Merryman, grandson of Sis and Bill Richardson, Tom and Lynn Stadterman, and Doris James, great-grandson of Jim "Poppy" Odom, Sr., and the late Eleanor Cox Odom and Louise La Pergola.

Mikey was predeceased by his "Mommy Kelly" Anderson, and his grandmothers, Lynn Stadterman and Doris James.

Mikey had a passion for coin-collecting. He also enjoyed collecting Pokemon Cards, and playing Pokemon Go, and meeting with the Pokemon Go Community around the country. He had a large war memorabilia and war movie collection, as well as his James Bond collection. He enjoyed traveling and planning trips and dinners with his friends and family, and was his "Mommom's vacation planner with a long list of where he wanted to visit around the world. Mikey enjoyed magnet- fishing and metal-detecting. He loved attending Beacon College. He was in his 3rd year, Majoring in Web and Digital Media with a plan to continue his education earn an additional degree in Archaeology. Mikey loved sharing his plans and interests with everyone he met. Mikey joined the Cub Scouts in 2nd grade, continuing with the Boys Scouts and earned his Eagle Scout in 2019. Mikey loved his many cats and made sure they were well taken care of. He was a funny, kind soul, and will always be a hero and inspiration to many.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
