Olivia Renee  Mauzy
On April 20, 2018, Olivia Renee Mauzy of Northridge, CA, formerly of Aberdeen, MD, died suddenly as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was 24. She was born and raised in Harford Co where she enjoyed dance classes and playing soccer as a youth. She was a member of the Harford Co Young Marines where she reached the rank of Sergeant and earned the Molly award. Upon graduation from school, she enlisted in the US Navy. After completing basic training, she was stationed at Naval Base Kitsap. There she served aboard the USS Nimitz and deployed to the Persian Gulf. Following her discharge from the Navy, she decided to remain on the west coast where she explored many employment opportunities. In addition to her children, Lillian and Jonathan, she is survived by her parents, Don and Rosalie Mauzy of Aberdeen, her brothers Coleman, Donald and Charles, her sister Heidi, her grandmothers Lois Mauzy and Arlene Cage and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A viewing will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM, at Bethel Christian Center, 21 North Earlton Road, Ext., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 6:30 PM. Pastor Jonathan Flosser will officiate.
