Condolence From: Wayne & Mary Dougherty
Condolence: To the Family of Retired Colonel Mills:

I had the pleasure of knowing the Col. for many years from High School at HHS. Than working with the Col. as Director of Planning for the City of Havre de Grace. We have many great memories of a Great Man. May the Lord Bless Him and our prayers will be with him and each of you during this most difficult time.

Condolence From: MSgt (Retired) Fred Packard
Condolence: My late wife Cathy and I held great memories of my Air Force career, several years of which we shared with then Captain Mills in San Antonio TX. I also greatly treasure my visit with Neal in The Villages this past January, reliving memories and stories of our beloved Air Force. While his children were likely too young to remember those times, we remembered each of you! You were his pride and joy. And know this: while many have served, few share the remarkable career that your Dad selflessly dedicated in service to America. His rise through the ranks of leadership speak to excellence in his ability, pride in his performance and an appreciation for the skills he shared with those of us who wore that blue suit. Now soar through those lofty skies, Dear Colonel and know that a grateful nation mourns your passing but is blessed abundantly by your service. Rest in Peace, Neal, my lifelong friend and comrade in Arms!

Condolence: Mt thoughts and prayers go out to Neal's family. Take comfort in knowing that he left behind a treasure chest filled with precious memories that you can cherish forever. He was an awesome Air Force veteran and and invaluable member of the Havre de Grace City Staff. More importantly, he was a special friend who loved to golf and he probably has tee times set in heaven and is already teeing off. His candle burned out long before his memory ever will. With deepest sympathy.
