Angela Ruth Osborne of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 20, 2024. She was 79 years old.

Mrs. Osborne was born in Dog Bone, West Virginia, to Jess Kinder and Sadie Yeager Kinder. She was the devoted wife of the late Robert E. Osborne, loving mother of Mona Workman, Nairobi Rambus and the late Mary McGonigal, and sister of Kathleen, Hannah, Virgie, Bernadette, Morgan, Martin, "Chubby", and Harold Sloan.

Mrs. Osborne retired from Sherwin-Williams. She loved working outside in her yard, going on repossessions with her daughter, and playing BINGO. Mrs. Osborne loved animals, especially her Scottish Terriers, Max, Prince, Sheba, and Lady.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 11 AM until 1 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM. Interment will be held at Angel Hill Cemetery.
