Arend "Roger" Wychgram
Arend "Roger" Wychgram, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on May 24, 2012. He was 62.
He was born in Highlandtown, MD, to the late Ashby Wychgram and Ruby Chamber Wychgram.
He was the loving husband of 20 years to Margaret Teresa Wychgram. He was the father of Renee Stellwag and her husband Ben Stellwag of Germany and the late Brian McCarter. He was the grandfather of Samantha Stellwag. Mr Wychgram had 7 siblings and was the loving son-in-law of Doris Sweeney and brother-in-law of the Sweeney family.
Mr. Wychgram served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, and was a member the American Legion Post 128 and Post 180, VFW Post 10028, and the Aberdeen Moose Lodge. Roger enjoyed old cars, especially Mercedes, vintage radios, and war documentaries. He loved spending time with family, friends, and his dogs.
A viewing will be held on Sunday, May 27, 2012, from 2-6 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM at the funeral home, following the viewing. Dr. Michael Franch will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
