Arthur George Simon, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away at home on May 9, 2023. He was 64 years old.

A native and lifelong resident of Havre de Grace, he was the son of Edward J. Simon and Cathryn Lesher Simon. Mr. Simon graduated from Mount St. Mary's University in 1981. He was a Master Falconer who trained Harris Hawks and rehabilitated several types of birds for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Dr. Richard Cook at Bel Air Veterinary Hospital. He also enjoyed racing pigeons.

Mr. Simon is survived by his older brother, Edward J. Simon and wife Ngoc Quynh Budzynski Simon.

A visitation will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023, from 11AM to 12PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A. 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral Services will then follow at 12PM with Pastor Francis Ouma, who will officiate. Contributions may be made in Mr. Simon's memory to the Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
