Born on July 21, 1943, in Havre De Grace, Maryland, Barbara dedicated her life to caring for her family and creating a warm and loving home.
Barbara's commitment to her family was evident in everything she did. She poured her heart into nurturing and supporting those she loved, always ensuring that they felt cherished and valued. Her passion for shopping was not just about acquiring items; it was a means to bring joy to her family and friends through thoughtful gifts and shared experiences.
Barbara is survived by her son, Anthony Bullock, who will carry her memory and the values she instilled in him throughout his life. Barbara's gentle spirit and unwavering kindness touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held on March 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Harford Memorial Gardens, where family and friends will gather to honor her legacy and celebrate the life she lived with love and grace.

Barbara was preceded in death by:her husband David William Bullock, her father, Al Spudis, her mother, Jean Spudis, her daughter, Claire Bullock, her son, David Bullock, Jr, and her brother, Ronald Spudis, who was killed in action in Vietnam.
