**Obituary for Beverly Ruth Southall**
Beverly Ruth Southall, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on July 24, 1953, in Ridley Park, PA, Beverly lived a life dedicated to her family, community, and many passions.
A proud 1971 graduate of Interboro High School in Prospect Park, Beverly earned her Associate's Degree from Goldey-Beacom College in 1973. She went on to become a dedicated customer service representative, having served with integrity at Harford Duracool, Manitowoc and finally retiring from Danfoss, where her warm personality and commitment to excellence were deeply appreciated by colleagues and customers alike.
Beverly was an active member of her community and multifaceted in her service. She was a Past Worthy Matron with the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 27 and a past member of the OES Grand Family (2012-2013). Her nurturing spirit shone as she led both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of young people. As a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, she served on the church council, contributing her time and talents to foster spiritual growth among the congregation. She was also a member of the Tall Cedarettes Har-Ce Forest 142, the Havre de Grace Elks Lodge, Perryville American Legion and the Aberdeen Lioness Club.
In her leisure time, Beverly reveled in her love for NASCAR, with afternoons spent watching the races. She treasured her travels to visit her grandchildren in Charleston, SC and Saratoga Springs, NY creating lasting memories with each visit. Over the years she hosted many family dinners and summer get togethers with family and friends for steamed crabs on her deck.
Beverly leaves behind a loving family, including her devoted husband Roger A. Southall, Sr.; her cherished daughter, Ruth (Karl) Ventela; her son, Roger (Sarah) Southall, Jr; and her precious grandchildren, Hannah Ventela, Caden Southall, Madison Southall, and Bennett Southall. She is also survived by her beloved sisters, Cindi (d. Doug) Labant, Susie (James) Glatts, and Kimberly (John) Jenkins, who will carry her memory in their hearts. She would tell them to Be Brave.
