Brandy Michelle Billings (Conklin) of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on January 14, 2024 at the Christiana Hospital with the love of her family at her side. She was 49 years old and the devoted wife of Russell E. Billings, Sr.
Born in Baltimore, MD to Donald Conklin and Lynn Osborne. She was the loving mother of Chad N. Billings and Jacob A. Billings, granddaughter of Goldie Osborn and the late Ulysses Osborn, beloved niece of Millie and Robert Munoz.
Brandy loved everyone and animals. She loved scrolling multiple social media sites and always enjoyed laughing. She enjoyed the beach, taking long car rides, singing, and dancing and her family. Brandy was so very loved and was an amazing wife and mother.
