Bruce Jeffrey McKinney, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 6, 2015. He was 62.
He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, to Joel McKinney and Miriam Dillon McKinney.
He was the loving husband of Peggy McKinney (nee Margaret Elizabeth Burns). He was the dear brother of Dr. Cynthia McKinney of Spartanburg, SC, and Brian McKinney of Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. McKinney worked for the Department of the Army and other military contractors as a Cost Analyst. He loved to play golf.
