C. Ross Eck, Sr., passed away on February 20, 2018. He was 95.
Mr. Eck was born in Baltimore, MD, to Harry Leon Eck and Evelyn L. Eck. He was the devoted husband of the late Joanne P. Eck. Mr. Eck was the loving father of Charles R. Eck, MD, and his wife DeSales Kelly Eck, of Havre de Grace, MD, and Leslie Eck-Dissek and her husband Michael Dissek of Aberdeen, MD. He was the adored grandfather of Matthew R. Eck.
Mr. Eck was a graduate of Baltimore City College and Western Maryland College. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force in WWII and the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 from 11 AM until 12 PM, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 201 Mt. Royal Avenue, Aberdeen, MD. Funeral services will begin at 12 PM, at church. Pastor Stuart Luce will officiate. Interment will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery.
