It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Cameron Keith Sanders-Lingenfelter, a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend, who left this world on April 17, 2025, at the tender age of 14. Born on January 26, 2011, in Baltimore, MD, Cameron brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. His vibrant spirit will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Cameron is survived by his loving mother, Chantella Lingenfelter, his devoted brothers, Cayden and Colton Sanders-Lingenfelter, his beloved uncles Bradley Sanders, and Nate Rollins Jr. and his late uncles Brian Sanders Jr. , and Richard Dowler, followed by his aunts Catherine Rollins and Brittany McClure and his grandparents Dalene Sanders and Brian Sanders Sr., and Sherry and Frederick Helmert, and a Community that cherished him deeply. Cameron was taken from us in the same tragic accident as his father, Tyler Lingenfelter.
As a bright student, Cameron demonstrated a thirst for knowledge and a zest for life that inspired those around him. His youthful enthusiasm and kindness touched the lives of many, and he will be dearly missed.
In honor of Cameron's life and memory, a public viewing will be held at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 927 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD, on April 21, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at the same location starting at 6:00 PM. We invite all who knew Cameron to join in celebrating his life, sharing memories, and offering condolences to his family during this incredibly difficult time.
As we remember Cameron, let us hold onto the love and joy he brought into our lives and keep his spirit alive in our hearts. May he rest in peace.
