Carmel Mary Hagan

Carmel Mary Hagan of Aberdeen, MD passed away on February 6, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was 62.

She was born in Bel Air, MD to the late William Cooper, Jr. and Carmel (Flynn) Cooper. She was the wife of Melvin A. Hagan.

Mrs. Hagan was the devoted mother to Matthew W. Cooper and his wife Jasmine, Jennifer Easter and her husband Jeromy, Amy Steier and her husband Mike, Audrey Moore and her husband Matthew, Melanie Hagan and Kelly Hagan. She was the beloved grandmother to Brandon Ward, Zachary Cooper, Colleen Cooper, Garon Easter, Sarah Easter, Matthew Moore, Jr. and Morgan Moore. She was the loving sister to Kathleen Sisson. An adoring Aunt of Stephanie Sisson and Deborah Owen.

Mrs. Hagan was a member of the Aberdeen American Ladies Auxiliary Post # 128 and served as Past President numerous times. Also a member of the Havre de Grace Elks Lodge Post # 1564. She loved and adored her cats and her dogs "Snooks" and "Bear". She enjoyed traveling and was an amazing cook. Her favorite family gatherings were Christmas with an evening Firework Display.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 10th from 7 to 9 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 11th at 11 A.M. also at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD.

Officiating will be Pastor Norman Obenshain.
Interment will be at Harford Memorial Gardens.
