Carol was born on July 18, 1936, in Manheim, Pennsylvania, and spent her later years in Churchville, Maryland, where she created a loving home for her family.
Carol's professional journey as a Bank Manager at Maryland National Bank showcased her dedication and strong work ethic. However, it was her role as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that brought her the greatest joy. She is survived by her husband, Fred Fuller, and their children: Diane Stringer, Cathy Swartz, and Jeffery Fuller. She was a proud grandmother to Tia Guthman she raised this grandaugher(Jason Rice), Liane Stringer (Nicholas), Lindsey Stringer (Kyle), Kelsey Stringer (Ty), Michael Vincenti (Brooke), and Matthew Vincenti, as well as a devoted great-grandmother to Anthony, Morgan, Matthew II, Alaiyah, Bellamy, Raelynn, Theo, Brik, and Maze. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Leo Buch and Addie Shaw Buch, her daughter, Dawn Guthman, grandchildren, Chelsey Childress and Zachary Cochran, siblings, William Buch and Norma Warwick, and sons-in-law, Paul Stringer and Brent Swartz.
A dedicated member of Antioch Baptist Church, Carol found great fulfillment in her faith and community.
