Carol Lynn Terlouw, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on April 30, 2021. She was 59.
Ms. Terlouw was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Charles Lloyd Terlouw and Gloria Ruth Harris Terlouw. She was the sister of Matthew Terlouw (Ticia) of North Richland Hills, TX, and Sandy Lilly (Bud) of Havre de Grace, and aunt of Adam Lilly, Abby Evans (Noah), Teryn Hirsch (Edward), MaKayla Doolittle (Jacob), Caleb Terlouw and Raegan Terlouw.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
