Obituary
Carolyn A. Hargis, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on July 25, 2018. She was 91.
Mrs. Hargis was born in Schuylkill Haven, PA, to Paul W. Angstadt and Gertrude A. Roberts Angstadt. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Perry Hargis, Jr. She is survived by one niece, one great-niece and two great-nephews.
Mrs. Hargis loved animals. She was an extensive traveler. She volunteered at the Concord Point Lighthouse and for the Harford County Library. She was a member of the American Legion Post 47.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018, at 10 AM, at Angel Hill Cemetery. Pastor Norman Obenshain will officiate.
Contributions may be made in her memory to Humane Society of Harford County, 2208 Connolly Road, Fallston, MD 21047.
