Born on December 17, 1953, in Havre de Grace, MD, Charles spent his life dedicated to both his family and his passions.
A beloved husband, devoted father, and cherished grandparent, Charles is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Pamela Hiob Coakley; his son, Christian Coakley; and his precious grandchildren, Aidan and Mackenzie Coakley. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Clyde S. Coakley and Nannie B. Evans Coakley.
