Obituary
Charles Edward Dulin, Sr., of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on January 31, 2018. He was 90.
Mr. Dulin was born in Tampa, FL, to Hugh Thomas Dulin and Ollie May Dulin. He was the devoted husband of 60 years to Judith C. Dulin, and loving father of Charles Edward "Chad" Dulin, Jr., of Havre de Grace, MD. He was predeceased by his siblings.
Mr. Dulin served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked until retirement at J.M. Huber Corp. He loved sailing and was a member of American Legion Post 47 and VFW Post 8126.
Services will be private.
