Charles Alfred Kongro, IV, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on August 6, 2023. He was 46 years old.

Mr. Kongro was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Charles Alfred Kongro, III, and Patrcia McFadden Angstadt. He was the loving father of Charles Kongro, V, Kevin Kongro, Kaylynn Kongro, and Kenneth Kite, III, brother of Melissa Kongro, uncle of Jayden Jordan and Autumn Jordan. He was also survived by several aunts and uncles, cousins, and numerous friends.

Mr. Kongro was an avid wrestler when he attended Aberdeen High School. He loved fishing, swimming, and spending time with his children and his family. He was an extremely hard worker.

A Celebration of Life will be held at American Legion Post 47, 501 St. John Street, Havre de Grace, MD, on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 2-5 PM.
