Charles Edward Pitcock, III
Charles Edward Pitcock, III, of Havre de Grace, died on April 1, 2009. He was 56.
He was born in Havre de Grace, to Bettye Andrews Pitcock, of Melbourne, Florida and to the late Charles E. Pitcock, Jr. He was the brother of William H. Pitcock, of Elkton, MD, Dorothy Pitcock and Roland C. Schauer of Havre de Grace, MD, Sandra L. Sableski of California, MD, Susan Pitcock Stupi of Elkton, MD, Larraine and Dean Prudhoe of Pasadena, MD, and Gail and Lawrence Pease of Jamaica, Virginia. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 2 great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
Mr. Pitcock loved to work. He was a career civil servant, working at Aberdeen Proving Ground, and also drove a taxi for many years.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 4, from 1-2PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street. A Memorial service will follow at 2PM.
Pastor Brenda Fox will officiate.
