Cheryl McGlaughlin Harris, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away peacefully in her home on April 16, 2022. She was 78.

Mrs. Harris was born in Frederick, MD, to Charles "Jim" McGlaughlin and Ruth Zentz McGlaughlin. She was the devoted wife of the late James R. Harris, loving mother of James Scott Harris (Joann)and Stacey Harris Reynolds (Jim). She was the proud grandmother of Nicholas "Nick" Harris, Garrett Reynolds, Trent Reynolds, and Clayton "Clay" Harris, and sister of Mark McGlaughlin.

Mrs. Harris enjoyed playing BINGO and shuffleboard with her friends at the Elks Club. She loved to shop, do crossword puzzles, and read a good suspense thriller. She was an avid sports fan. But what made her the happiest was watching her four grandsons play sports.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 11 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
