David Alexander Simons, Jr.
David A. Simons, Jr. of Aberdeen, MD passed away on October 16, 2009 at the Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD. He was 62. Mr. Simons was born in Philadelphia, PA to David A. Simons, Sr. and Helen (Oliver) Simons. He was the loving husband of 22 years to Deborah L. Simons. He was a devoted father to David A. Simons, III and his wife Rhonda Ann of Edgewood, MD, Kevin A. Simons and his wife Kim A. of Havre de Grace, MD, Lisa Lynn Marcum of Havre de Grace, MD, Eva R. Jones and her husband Mark of Rising Sun, MD, Devin N. Simons, Megan Willow and Michelle Glasco all of Aberdeen, MD. He was a wonderful grandfather of ten. He was a loving brother to Stephen Simons of Columbia, MD, Janet Karen Baicy and Joan Martin both of Aberdeen, MD. Mr. Simons worked at Simons Gas Company, Inc. located in Aberdeen, MD for more than 42 years.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 9 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. A Service will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 7 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A. Officiating will be Pastor Dennis R. Keen of the Mt. Calvary Free Will Baptist Church and Captain Tom Guilliams.
