Delma "Dee" Iona Baldwin, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on August 15, 2013. She was 78.
She was born in Street, MD, to William N. Kellum and Gertrude Walstrum.

She was the loving mother of Thomas J. "Jeep" Baldwin, Jr., of Havre de Grace, Lisa S. Hoffman and her husband Frank Hoffman, Jr., of Aberdeen, MD, Lana M. Wassum and her husband Darin Wassum of Aberdeen, MD, and the late Jamie W. Baldwin. She was the adored grandmother of Amy Baldwin, Michael Baldwin, Torri Stemple, and Brooke Hoffman, and great-grandmother of Jamie Cooper and Tristen Cooper. Mrs. Baldwin is also survived by her fiancé Bill Ingram. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Jefferson Baldwin, Sr., and her siblings.

Mrs. Baldwin loved the Young At Heart. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. She recently started traveling with her fiancé Bill Ingram. The light of her life was dancing. She is now dancing in heaven.

A viewing will be held on Monday, August 19, 2013 from 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held at Mt. Erin Cemetery. Father William J. O'Brien will officiate.
