Obituary
Donald Joseph Fair, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 20, 2024. He was 91 years old.
Mr. Fair was born in Sayreville, NJ, to Joseph Cecil Fair and Olive Rita Bailey Fair. He was the devoted husband of the late Shelby Jean Fair, loving father of Sharon Elayne Fair (Gary), Sheila Marie Boyd (Kevin), Charles Mitchell Husfelt, Shelby Joelle House (Eric), and the late Michael James Fair. He was the grandfather of Gavin Boyd, Erica Boyd, Carly Boyd, Embury Fair-Russell, Kaitlyn Husfelt, Aiden House, Taylor House, Rylan House, and Oliva House, and brother of Allen J. Fair (Pat).
Mr. Fair served in the U.S. Navy during the Koren War. He was a self-employed home painter. He loved working, piddling, and could fix anything. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and enjoyed landscaping, home improvement projects, world history, and collecting keepsakes.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Harford Memorial Gardens, 3839 Aldino Road, Aberdeen, MD, 21001.
