Doris Lucy Quesenbery, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on May 28, 2024. She was 95 years old.
Mrs. Quesenbery was born in Staten Island, New York, to Carmine DeAngelis and Louise Boettke DeAngelis. She was the devoted mother of Patricia Malberg (Andrew), John Quesenbery, Jr., (Denise), and Judy DeCarlo (Raymond), loving grandmother of Jennifer Quesenbery, Joshua Quesenbery, Rachel Youngson (Jonathan), and Sarah Malberg, great-grandmother of Drew Youngson and Dalton Quesenbery. She was predeceased by her siblings.
Doris enjoyed being with her family and friends, and going to the Bayou Restaurant each week for lunch. She was known to be an excellent cook and enjoyed crossword puzzles, and going to the boardwalk at Tidings Park. She was a very thoughtful, kind hearted person who was always thinking of others. She will be greatly missed.
A viewing will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 12-2 PM, at 927 Pulaski Highway, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. Funeral services will begin at 2 PM.
Interment will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at 12 PM, at Rock Run Cemetery, 4102 Rock Run Road, Havre de Grace, MD.
