Eleanor McLhinney Ferguson, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 18, 2017. She was 88.
Mrs. Ferguson was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Walter and Eleanor Guilott McLhinney. She was the devoted wife of 64 years to the late Leonard Ellwood Ferguson, Sr., loving mother of Leonard E. Ferguson, Jr., and his wife Vicki, of Havre de Grace, MD; Steven Thomas Ferguson of Havre de Grace, MD; and Susan E. Ragan and her husband Daniel, of Aberdeen, MD. She was survived by 7 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Charles Leo McLhinney, Jack McLhinney, and Francis McLhinney.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 10 AM, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Father Dale Picarella will officiate.
