Betty was also a beloved sister to Robert Bell (Dora) and Nelson Bell, Jr.. (Donna), who will carry her memory in their hearts. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Kenower "Jim" Coakley, and her parents, Nelson and Beatrice Bell.
A devoted member of her community, Betty's spirit shone brightly through her involvement in various organizations. She was a faithful member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and an active part of the Young at Heart Club, where she found joy in fellowship and friendship. Her warm heart and generous nature were also evident in her membership in the Havre de Grace Elks Lodge and the Joseph L. Davis Post 47 American Legion Auxiliary.
