Elma Gail Wettig Reeder, of Havre de Grace, MD passed away on the morning of January 16th 2024, with her loving husband by her side. She was 69 years old.

Gail was born in Havre de Grace, MD, the daughter of Peggy Patricia Craig and James Bay Wettig. Gail was the devoted wife of William Zane Reeder for 51 years. Gail has two sisters, Sherry A. O'Brien and Cynthia L Mayse, and one brother, James Bay Wettig Jr.

Gail loved hunting, fishing, and boating. She was an avid walker and enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson. Gail was a founding member of the Harford/Cecil County Red Knights motorcycle club. Gail loved helping the citizens of Havre de Grace and was a life member of the Havre de Grace Ambulance Corp where she was proud to hold the title of Captain. Gail was a devoted life member of the Susquehanna Hose Co. Inc. During her time with the fire dept, she held the title of Lieutenant, Secretary, member of the Board of Directors, Asst. Instructor of the Dive Team and was a member of the Harford County Swift Water Team. Gail loved all animals, especially her cats.

A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
