Eugene Walter Lane, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on February 11, 2020. He was 76.
Mr. Lane was born in Maryland to Marvin and Gladys Lane Reachard. He was the loving husband of the late Rosalee Lane, father of Barry Lane of Havre de Grace, Candy Bopp (Lawrence), Tammy Lowery (George), of Tennessee, and Rose Robinson (Dondra), of Florida, grandfather of Rose Mincher, Ashley Farmer, Joshua Farmer, Jerald Lane, Wooderd Lane, Tiffani Dillon, Christopher Lane, Tiya Celso, Kevin Milton, and Amanda Lowery,, and great-grandfather of 13. He was the brother of Marvin Reachard, Jr., Ricky Reachard, Phyllis Printup, Sandy Ashford, Betty Peterson, and Deborah Habres. He was predeceased by his father.
Mr. Lane owned and operated The Mower Medic in Cecil County. He enjoyed working on lawnmowers and Classic Cars. He was a huge "Western" fan. Mr. Lanes main passion was taking care of his children and grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020, from 10 AM until 11 AM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 11:00. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
