Frances P. (Fallon) Oals passed away surrounded by the love of her family on February 23, 2015 at the Gilchrist Center in Towson, MD. She was 76. She is survived by her devoted husband James O. Oals.

Mrs. Oals was born in Havre de Grace, MD to the late Joseph and Stella (Price) Fallon. She was the devoted mother to Michael A. Oals and his wife Donna, Steven R. Oals and his wife Jamie, Paula A. Oals and was preceded in death by her son Michael Fallon. She was the loving Mother-in-Law of Laurie Fallon. She was the adoring grandmother of Michael S. Fallon, Michael A. Oals, II, Mikayla Oals, Korie R. Oals, Donovan Zundel, Kandi Zundel and Jonathan Kohltfarber. Mrs. Oals was preceded in death by her siblings Joseph Fallon, May Lam, Margaret Davis and Connie Shannon. She is survived by her many loving nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Oals had retired from Verizon after many years of working as a Telephone Operator and Repairs. She enjoyed camping, cooking, gospel music and most of all spending time with her family. She loved visiting craft shows.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Where a service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11 A.M.

Officiating will be Pastor Ron Tabor.

Interment will be held at the Mt. Erin Cemetery in Havre de Grace, MD
