Frances Elizabeth Price, of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on June 1, 2023. She was 95 years old.

Mrs. Price was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to John H. Savin and Ellen E. Burkentine Savin. She was the devoted wife of the late Howard W. Price, loving mother of Linda J. Foote (The Late James), David A. Price (Debbie), Howard V. Price, Donna E. Price, and the late Jeanette "Jeanie" Marie Price, grandmother of Brian Kelly, Kevin Price, James Foote, Jr., Jamie Foote, Stella Hatalovsky, Kimberly Price, Ashley Hall, and Megan Roland. She was the great-grandmother of 11 and great-great-grandmother of 2. Mrs. Price was the sister of Lillian M. Brooks and the late John W. Savin, Sr.

Mrs. Price worked at the Fireworks Plant in Havre de Grace int the 1940's. She then worked at Bata Shoe Company in the 50's and 60's. Her favorite work was mowing for Arundel Quarry, now Vulcan Materials, which she was extremely passionate about. She enjoyed crocheting, growing flowers, and word-searches.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 11 AM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
