Goldie Marie Osborne, 91, of Conowingo, Maryland, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2025. Born on April 29, 1934, in Newhall, West Virginia, to William Reed and Alice Reed, Goldie was a beacon of warmth and kindness throughout her life.
As a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant, Goldie spent her career caring for others in the health care industry, a testament to her nurturing spirit. Her deep love for her family was the cornerstone of her life; she cherished her daughters, Lynn Osborne and Camela Munoz, and found immense joy in her granddaughter, Brandy Billings, and great-grandsons, Chad and Jake May. They were the light of her life, and her love for them knew no bounds. Goldie is also survived by two son-in-laws; Robert Munoz, Camela's husband, and Russell Billings; Brandy's husband.
Goldie was a devoted member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Rising Sun, where she cultivated her faith and cherished her spiritual community. Her unwavering devotion to her Lord provided her strength and comfort throughout her life.
In addition to her family and faith, Goldie had a profound love for animals and pets, often finding joy in their companionship. They, too, filled her days with happiness and playfulness.
Goldie was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Ulysses "Ozzie" Osborne, parents William Reed and Alice Reed, her granddaughter, Brandy Billings, and her siblings.
Funeral services to honor Goldie's life will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1120 Telegraph Road, Rising Sun, MD., arrangements, as well as the date and time, will be announced at a later date.
Goldie will be dearly missed but will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
