Harry Lingenfelter
Harry Lingenfelter of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away at home on September 26, 2008. He was 82.
Mr. Lingenfelter was born in Bronx, NY to the Late Clyde and Lauretta (Baker) Lingenfelter. He was a loving husband of 46 years to Sue B. (Sampson) Lingenfelter of Havre de Grace, MD.
He was a devoted father to Glen E. Lingenfelter and his wife Megan of Havre de Grace, MD and Douglas Lingenfelter of Havre de Grace, MD. He was an adoring grandfather to four: Brittany Rosenkrans, Bethany Lingenfelter, Andrew Lingenfelter and Ava Lingenfelter. He was predeceased by his brother Glen Lingenfelter and his sister Helen Cushen.
Mr. Lingenfelter was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and had served his country during WWII. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier and had also worked as a School Bus Driver for Gregory Transport Service.
A private Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2008, with Pastor Ron Smith officiating.
