Harvey V. Keen, Jr., of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on December 29, 2023. He was 89 years old.

Mr. Keen was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Harvey V. Keen, Sr., and Dorothy Kennedy Keen. He was the significant other of 30 years of Regina R. Dinsmore, loving father of Linda Keen Richardson, James Keen (Bonnie), and Kelly Keen, and grandfather of Christopher Holsapple, James Colt Keen, II, Maria Lynn Keen, Jude Marvel, and the late Justin Blansfield, and great-grandfather of 4.

Mr. Keen was a Sea Captain for Sunoco Oil, working for the company for 37 years. After retirement he became a member of the Sun Honor Club. He was also a member of the Havre de Grace United Methodist Church. Mr. Keen enjoyed riding motorcycles, and was a fan of automobiles, especially his Mustangs and Corvettes. He was an avid reader, and in his younger years, he could be found boating, fishing, and hunting for waterfowl.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2023, from 1-2 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will begin at 2 PM. Interment will be held at Angel Hill Cemetery.
