Harvey Thomas "Bummy" Moran
Harvey Thomas "Bummy" Moran, of Havre de Grace died at his home on July 7, 2008. He was 65.
He was born in Havre de Grace to Alice T. Moran (nee Thomas) of Havre de Grace and to the late Harvey Moran.
He is survived by his fiancé, Joann E. Riemer, of Havre de Grace, two sons, Jeffrey Moran of Dagsborough, DE, and Mark Moran of Claymont, DE, 4 grandchildren, and his two sisters, Janet Elliott of Rock Hall, MD and Paula Moran Lynch of Akron, Ohio.
Mr. Moran owned and operated a service station in Perryville before working with Chrysler in Newark, DE. After recovering from a work related injury, Mr. Moran loaded barges at Arundel Corporation, and later worked as a grounds-keeper for Bulle Rock Golf Course. He was a member of American Legion Post 47.
Services will be scheduled at a later date.
