Helga Dunn of Havre de Grace, MD passed away surrounded by the love of her family on March 10, 2014. She was 69. She was the loving wife of the late James S. Dunn, a veteran of the Vietnam War. Helga was born in Hermannsburg, Germany on September 13, 1944 to the late Otto and Erika (Stelter) Meyer. Helga was one of ten children and is survived by her siblings; Lothar, Margrit, Landolf, Werner and Aki, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was the beloved mother of Jim (Renee), Laurie (Barry) and Mark. She was the adoring grandmother to Michelle, Thomas, Rylie, Remi, Nicholas and Gabrielle. Helga loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed her church family and sharing Jesus with others. She enjoyed taking walks and the outdoors. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. at the Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD. A funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. Officiating will be Pastor Jess Bousa. Interment will be at the Harford Memorial Gardens in Aberdeen, MD.
