Jarrett Roger Lyons, Sr., of Havre de Grace, MD, passed away on January 20, 2024.surrounded by his loving family. He was 76 years old.

Mr. Lyons was born in Huntington, WV, to the late Jarrett Walter Lyons, Jr., and Louise Kilgore Lyons. He was the devoted husband of 53 years to Jean Lyons, loving father of Jarrett Roger Lyons, Jr., (Gena), and Kimberly Lyons, grandfather of Alex Smith, Marissa Blattner, Abigail Lyons, and Mallory Lyons. He was the brother of the late Greg Lyons and brother-in-law of Diane "Danni" Lyons. and uncle of John and Daniela Lyons. He was also the brother-in-law of Nancy and Mitchell Cullum.

Mr. Lyons retired as Chief of Capital Projects for Harford County after 25 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, hunting and was a member of Bear Trap Lodge, and often spent time pursuing these hobbies at his property on the Chester River and at Rick Walter's Farm.

A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
