Jean Agnes Choroszej

Jean Agnes Choroszej, of Havre de Grace, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008. She was 88.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late George Foszcz and the late Antoinette Ogorzelec.
She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph Choroszej. She was the loving mother of Wayne H. and Carolyn B. Choroszej, and the adored grandmother of Tricia and CDR Christopher Drewello, of Annapolis, MD, and Kristen and Emidio Tripodi of Arnold, MD, and great-grandmother of Emily, Brian, and Lauren Drewello, all of
Annapolis. She was the sister of Roman Foszcz of Chicago, Illinois, Henry Foszcz of Clover, Wisconsin, Emily Karalis of Chicago, Illinois, and the late Bernice Kulesza.
Mrs. Choroszej retired from the Ballistic's Research Laboratory at Aberdeen Proving Ground. She enjoyed volunteering at Harford Memorial Hospital. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, cryptograms, and loved music and reading.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 17, from 2-4 and 6-8PM at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 South Washington Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 18, at 10 AM, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD. Father William J. O'Brien will officiate. Interment will be held at Mt. Erin Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Rimel, CDR Christopher Drewello, Emidio Tripodi, Martin Foszcz, Lawrence Gloss, and Walter Choroszej.
Contributions may be made to Season's Hospice, 133 N. Bridge Street; 3rd Floor, Elkton, MD 21921, or St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Avenue, Havre de Grace, Maryland 21078.
