Jean Bines DeBaugh, of Aberdeen, MD, passed away on November 18, 2023. She was 82.

Mrs. DeBaugh was born in Havre de Grace, MD, to Woodrow Wilson Bines and Elizabeth Coakley Bines. She was the loving mother of Melvin Willard DeBaugh, Marian DeBaugh Hill (Michael), and the late Melanie DeBaugh Blansfield, grandmother of Jason Eric Blansfield (Jamie), Jeffrey Earl Blansfield, Andrew Ryan DeBaugh, Lauren Ashley DeBaugh, Britney Elizabeth Pitts, and Michael Phillip Pitts, great-grandmother of Ava Rylee Blansfield and Jru Macai Carter. She was the sister of Jacqueline Sue Brandon and the late John Woodrow Bines.

Mrs. DeBaugh was a member of First Baptist Church and the C&P Telephone Pioneers. She enjoyed reading and jigsaw puzzles, but her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends.

A viewing will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, at Zellman Funeral Home, P.A., 123 S. Washington St., Havre de Grace, MD. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 11 AM, at First Baptist Church of Havre de Grace, 108 South Stokes Street, Havre de Grace, MD. Interment will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens.
